Every so often I leaf through the cookbooks in search of inspiration ... Beef with red wine and walnut kernels ... a treat: D
How to make Beef, wine and nuts
Heat the butter and oil in the wok, then add the slices of beef previously passed in the flour.
As soon as they brown, add salt and pepper and deglaze with the red wine.
Then lift the beef slices and set them apart.
Cut the carrots, onion, garlic, parsley and walnuts into small pieces and brown them in the wine sauce.
If the cream becomes too thick, add some broth or a little water. At this point, add the slices of beef to the sauce and cook for about 5 minutes.
As soon as the wine sauce thickens, serve.
