The turmeric chicken it is a very quick pan-fried recipe with chicken breast cut into small pieces and fresh turmeric.
This spice, widely used in Indian cuisine, has countless beneficial effects, plus it gives the dish flavor and color. So be careful to use gloves and glass utensils, otherwise afterwards it will be a mess to remove the yellow color from the dishes :) As for chicken curry, you can accompany the dish with steamed basmati rice, so as to make it a single dish complete: P

How to make turmeric chicken
Peel and cut the turmeric into small pieces.
Put it in a bowl with the yogurt and salt, then mix.
Cut the chicken breast into chunks.
Now transfer it to a bowl with the flour and teaspoon of turmeric.
Heat a little oil in a pan and add the chicken.
Sauté for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Now put the yogurt cream, turn and cook for a few minutes.
Your turmeric chicken is ready to serve.
